1. Is it the rude and irresponsible behaviors of the Armed forces and the police..
2. is the government showing very little importance to these people.
3. Are these people denied the basic security and needs.
What ever be the reasons. If India government continues in the same manner, India will no longer be a safe place to live in. government should not only thing of Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi should focus more on the rural India.
