Chinese help to Destroy LTTE

Chinese has helped the Lankan to defeat LTTE, Chinese has said to have supplied weapon and support to defeat the LTTE. Chinese in turn is building a huge port in Lanka and port could very well be used to patrol the Indian ocean and control the Indian ocean.

Lankan with the support china had carried out the massacre, Lankan did not bother about the western world since it has china to support. India was also side lined for past 2 years after Lanka had an agreement with China.
