Congress reply to Purulia arms drop case
Congress, the ruling party has asked following question in reply to the purulia arms drop case revelations made by a news channel ,
1. The congress party wants to know why this has surfaced now and not before (this question was asked by congress party spokesperson Jayanthi).
What a bizarre question, any one hear this question will laugh at the party and it’s spokesperson. Any responsible party who has nothing to hide would have said we support a through inquiry in to the matter. Trying to take a political millage out this sensitive case is condemnable.
2. BJP and Left are answerable…
when congress is asked a question about a cover up of the purulia arms drop case the congress replies in a strange manner, counter questioning and asking the opposition party to own up for mistake that was done during the then congress government under Narasimha rao.
Clear case of cover up
The information regarding the purulia arms drop case is kept secret and only known to high power politicians of then congress government under Narasimha rao and the investigating agencies. If there was no wrong done by the then congress government, the present government should disclose all information regarding the case but it has not done it so far. The government is preparing a reply of revelation made by news channel on purulia case, but the question is for how many days will take for preparing a reply. The government is very keen in not replying and i am sure the government will reply only on the 10th May and not before the polls in west bengal is over. I am making a prediction that government show importance to PAC issue and divert the purulia at least till 10 of may.
PAC Mess … JPC will be a bigger mess…
It’s a mess again, it resembled yet an another obstructed parliamentary proceedings. It’s really unfair and unbearable on the part of the congress and DMK, the two most affected parties of 2G scam. The parliamentarians have now turned into gangsters and making mockery of democracy . how long the people will bare the unacceptable behaviour of the parliamentarians.
Government lacks the will
Has the congress government got the will to investigate and punish the guilty in the 2G spectrum allocation scam. The political agenda of the congress party will certainly not allow the fair trail and will allow big fishes to slip away. Congress government have tackled very similar situation in the past and successfully evaded the trail and cleaned it’s name.
Yet an another cover up
The congress government would definitely will end it up by a big cover up. It has already found way to cover it up. The reason they would state is simple, “The policy framed by BJP was wrong “ and “judiciary cannot review the policy matter of the government”. happy end as in most of our Indian cinema.

Saving hands of the frauds, criminals and rapist….
Law enforcing agencies in India generally assist the big fraudsters and criminals, citizen of this country never mind to question such acts, they in fact vote them (criminals and fraudster) back to power to ensure that they don’t stop the uncompleted mission of accumulating the countries wealth. so called political Leaders of this country jump and howl in the assembly setting the highest standards for the future generation. The people elected Government is busy saving and defending the criminal and the fraudsters and also the rapist, since they are the major source of revenue for the political party. These people help to buy votes for the parties.
How do the government save these peoples,
- Blame the law, system or the policy, in fact these systems, policy and law is framed by the government that is by politicians, they frame it and later blame it…
- File a case and drag it for a short period of 20 – 40 yrs by then the court itself will forget about the case and close it… Indian citizens don’t have a good memory and so they forget about it.
- Tell the Investigation agency to collect every thing other than evidence.
- Present one of most weakest case before the court. Court after hearing the worst presentation throws the case out of the window.

Service tax on Healthcare
The government hospitals are under staffed badly maintained and considered unsafe for people who wish to have major health treatment. Government is bound to provide healthcare to every citizen at free of cost or at a subsidised cost, where as the Indian government has levied tax on healthcare. There are large majority of people who are dependent wholly on the private health care establishments. Budget for the FY 2011-12 is going to make the health care dearer for most Indians. This will also contribute to the inflation leaves in the country. Government has showed how they are insensitive towards the citizen specially towards middle income and lower income group.

DMK stages up a drama ahead of Elections
DMK leader Mr.Karunanidhi is undoubtedly one of best screen play writer. successfully employs screen play tactics in real life particularly during election times. During the last parliament election he has stage a drama of fasting for Lankan Tamils, later forgets completely about the issue. Regarding the fisherman problem for last five year he was only writing letter to PM, literally not doing much until today. Suddenly he staged a drama in which his own daughter is the heroine. Play was successful as it got attention in the media. once the election is over everybody will forget about the Tamil fisherman problems.
PM on CWG Scam
In an answer to the question on time bound investigation of CWG scam, PM answered that there are procedural delays, my question is
- Did he not know that there exists a procedure of law before he made a commitment of 90 days time limit, it seems like he gave an assurance without applying his mind? can a man with such high creditability afford to this?
- When a head of the government cannot delivery justice as promised, will common man still have faith in the government and justice?
- Can we conclude that PM has creditability but no reliability?

Grounds for Eviction of a tenant of rented / leased building
Various grounds for eviction are as follows:
- Where the tenant has not paid the stipulated rent for more than 15 days after the rent fell due, and such non-payment is wilful.
- Where the tenant has, without the landlord's written consent, allowed some other person to occupy the premises, either wholly or in part.
- Where the tenant has put the building to a use other than that which the landlord had originally agreed. The term "use" must be reckoned with reference to the lease deed.
- Where the tenant has done any act, which has materially impaired the building or its value or utility.
- Where the tenant has used the building, or has allowed the building to be used, for illegal purposes or immoral purposes.
- Where the tenant is making such a nuisance of himself that his continuance is objectionable either to other tenants of the same building or other persons in the neighbourhood.
- Where the tenant has not occupied the premises in question for a period in excess of four months. (This rule does not apply in hill stations for obvious reasons.)
- Where the tenant denies the landlord's title to the building itself, and such denial is not well founded. I only wish to add that once a tenant commences tenancy under a particular person as a landlord, the law does not allow the tenant to thereafter disown the landlord, or to assert title to the building in anyone else (save for one exception, which is not relevant here).
- Where the landlord genuinely requires the building either for his residential or non-residential occupation, or for the residential or non-residential occupation of any member of his family. Where the landlord (or the person for whom he is seeking eviction of the premises) already owns and occupies another premises in the same town, the landlord must additionally be in a position to state and prove that the hardship that will be caused to him by not giving him the premises will outweigh the hardship caused to the tenant by throwing the tenant out of the premises. This clause is subject to a few exceptions, but these are beyond the scope of this summary.
- Where the landlord genuinely requires the building for effecting repairs, which cannot be carried out unless the building is vacated. Please note that once the repairs are carried out, the tenant will be entitled to re-enter the premises.
- Where the landlord genuinely requires the building for the purpose of immediately demolishing it and putting up a new building in its place. There are a few other grounds of eviction mentioned in the statute such as those involving members of the armed forces or where the government is the tenant. These again, are beyond the scope of what is an attempt to put the primary sections of the statute in a nutshell. If you, as a landlord, are able to fit your requirements for eviction into one of these categories, you will be entitled to file a petition for eviction before a court called the Rent Controller's Court.

Comments on The Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003
Recently madras high court has given an interim order for a prohibition of drawing ground water for commercial purpose to the government of Tamilnadu. further court has asked the government to implement The Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003.
The act has given away a substantial amount of power in the hands of the authorities, by way of delegated legislation. It’s important to have sub delegations and it is equally important to have guidelines & measures to prevent corruption.
- Appointment of the authorities: There is not much of detailed description about the appointment and meetings of the committee. it’s left to the discretion of the government.
- Sec.9: which is for notification of the area for development, control and regulation. According to the sec 9, the authority shall provisionally notify an area which the authority thinks fit, within a month from the notification date authority has to invite public representation. There is no clear definition of public representation, that is a minimum number of person constituting a public representation, how such representation has to be heard etc is not defined. government has to make rules for the same. It would have been better if there was an guidelines for forming the rules in respect of public hearing.
- Punishment is too little, the offenders would prefer to pay a fine and continue their business.
The act would literally have a very little impact on the preventing the misuse/commercial use of the ground water.

A Fool’s advocate
I wonder how a person like him is lecturing on god,his heart is full of hatred towards a set of people who have a certain belief and arouse a sense of pride, greed, and sense of superiority among a certain set of humans. certainly he is not acting in general well being of the humans. he take up bits and pieces from various religious book and make up his speech. Ever book or literature has to be read in full and understood in full. people like him is stupid to take bits and pieces of Hindu literature to mislead the people. When he talk about Islam he says one should read as per the context (see video 2). he is certainly a fools advocate because no learned person would buy his lecture.
