The government hospitals are under staffed badly maintained and considered unsafe for people who wish to have major health treatment. Government is bound to provide healthcare to every citizen at free of cost or at a subsidised cost, where as the Indian government has levied tax on healthcare. There are large majority of people who are dependent wholly on the private health care establishments. Budget for the FY 2011-12 is going to make the health care dearer for most Indians. This will also contribute to the inflation leaves in the country. Government has showed how they are insensitive towards the citizen specially towards middle income and lower income group.
