Pakistan! is pain in our neck…

Pakistan has been neighbour who is constantly taking Indian patience for granted. India on the other hand trying to negotiate a peace dialogue mostly ends up in a failure. what can be the way forward for India. The first and most popular option thrown by may people is that Indian should stop peace process for an indefinite period and let Pakistan to initiate a peace dialogue process. The next option is to wipe off the insults that the Pakistani had done to India and to continue with the peace process. The second option is not all favoured by many in India but the government feels that this could be the best option for the good Indian peoples.

Pakistan’s interest over the Indian occupied Kashmir is little too much to be tolerated , in this instance one may take support of the similar case  with the LTTE issue in the  is Srilanka. there is huge difference between Lankan Tamil's issue and Kashmir, The Tamil Lankan are treated as the second class citizens and human rights violation are very high but in Kashmir it’s the separatist who cause the problem with an aid from the Pakistan. The problem is of course an internal issue of India. Now India can take up the issue with the Pakistan for the violence by terrorist as issue of human violence. It’s a very difficult situation for India , let look forward for a better relationship in the future

will there be further inflation ???

Tamilnadu will witness a very bad economical crisis in near future. The freebies that government is offering will give raise to inflation.

Best example is 100 day job program introduced by central government in combination with 1.Re/Kg of rice will make give raise to shortage of labour. when there is an shortage of labour force then it’s natural that the cost of product is increased coupled with electricity shortage and fuel price hike. what more is need to increase the inflation. so very soon we can see a very big raise in the essential commodities.

How advocates make money from the poor people…

Advocates has to guide the clients in such way that clients are advised the best available option at their disposal and they should not take up a case which is not worthy a trial in the court of law.

for example kindly go through the below case, case in which a girl who has attained major has married a person against the wish of the mother, the advocate should have advised them that a girl who has attained majority is at liberty to choose her life partner but instead a writ petition was filed and cost of the advocates fee is burden on the family which is already in an agony due the loss of their daughter love and companionship.

Habeas corpus petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the
detenue namely xxxxyyyy aged 17 years, before this Court and set her at
liberty forthwith.

Invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court, one Mrs.xxxxx has
brought forth this petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
2.The case of the petitioner in short is that her husband is working in
P.W.D. on temporary basis; that her daughter xxxyyyy, the alleged detenue,
was doing XII Standard in a private tutorial college at ffffffff; that she
left for the college in the morning hours of 24.12.2009, but did not come back;
that on enquiry, the petitioner came to know that she was actually kidnapped by
one sssssss; that actually a complaint was given to the first respondent
police; that a case was also registered under Sec.366-A of IPC; but no steps
have been taken to trace her, and under the circumstances, she was compelled to
file this petition before this Court.
3.On the earlier occasion, the Court issued a direction to the
Superintendent of Police concerned to monitor the investigation.  But nothing
was forthcoming.  Under the circumstances, the Court required the Inspector
General of Police (South) to file a report as to the stage of the investigation
and also the action taken in that regard.
4.The matter is listed this day, and a report is also filed by the
Inspector General of Police (South).  The same is also looked into.
5.This day, the alleged detenue xxxxxyyyyy is also produced before the
Court.  She is also enquired.  According to her, she was born on 11.6.1992, and
the marriage took place between herself and sssssssss on 25.12.2009, and they
have been living together as husband and wife respectively.  She would further
add that the petitioner is her mother.
6.The statement of the alleged detenue is recorded.  The  said ssssssssssis also produced before the Court.  Now, a case has been registered against him,
and the same is pending.  Under the circumstances, he has got to be produced
before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for necessary proceedings.  As far as
the alleged detenue is concerned, it is an admitted position that she was born
on 11.6.1992, and now she has attained majority.  Hence there is no impediment
in setting her at liberty.  Accordingly, she is set at liberty, and this
petition is disposed of.

Deemed university – who is to be blamed ?

imageIn India the accountability of the government servants are very minimal, the public servant who is responsible for any mishaps or problem is let off without even question them. Don’t you think so that government of India is responsible for giving permission to setup the deemed university and they are making a regular assessment and monitoring the deemed universities. Now when the standards are not met who is the prime accused here is it the public servant who has to safe the public interest or the Businessmen who does it to earn the money, no doubt that both are punishable but who this the prime cause for this act, it’s no doubt that it’s the Public servant and government. The government should publically announce it’s failure in controlling standards of the deemed university and should take very serious steps in improving the education in our country.

The better solution would be to provide still some more time to the deemed university to up grade their system and make strict regulations and monitor them better  instead of closing down the deemed university. This shows the inexperience of the government in handling some sensitive issue. The public in general are losing the faith in this government.

IPL and the Home minister

imageThe home minister in a TV interview has expressed that he is disappointed by the IPL decision of not picking up the Pakistani players. It’s definitely an unwelcome statement from Home minister because he very well knows that the security issue is big threat to the IPL franchisee’s business more over its the freedom of the IPL to choose a safer option rather than a contingent threat option. It’s the duty of the Home minister to respect their decision. Though his stands on the terrorism from Pakistan is apt for the current situation.

Andhra Pradesh a Mismanaged state

image Andhra Pradesh is the best example of how bad the congress government is handling some of the very sensitive issue in a very un professional manner. The political party to tap the vote bank make tall promise and at the end they fall pray to it. Congress government is no longer fit to govern this state as they cannot manage some of the most critical cases. The governments stand on Pakistan is also very soft and this perhaps encourage terrorist to freely spent their vacation in India planning the next attach.

Who knows while i am writing this post on my blog there could be terrorist freely roaming in India to decide the location for the next attack. The state of Indian security is so bad that even a boat is enough to stage a very big attach on most populated metropolitan city of the country. what more to say it we the citizen to take care of the our security, government will take care of the security of the politicians.

Marathi speakers qualify to become a taxi driver

image This move from the Maharashtra government to implement the rule of essential knowledge both to read and write in Marathi for Mumbai Taxi drivers shows the stand on the congress government and position on such regional politics. It has been an very upsetting tenure of congress government in India. I personally feel unsecured in this country because of the way they conduct their foreign policies and the domestic crisis. The head of the government may be a strong economist but this does not solve the security concerns of our country. This is one of the very stupid idea in every angle one can see it. It is an insult to Marathi itself because this rule is applicable to taxi driver and not others than mean many would their people to become a low level employees, If the government would have come up with an idea of bring up this rule in the higher posts of government than one can certainly say it as up lifting of Marathi community  but this not the case here.

Pakistan’s position on IPL

image IPL is promoted by BCCI and the franchisee buy the players, Indian government nor BCCI can play a foul game in picking up the player and more over its the right for every owner at the IPL to pick the player that they want. nobody could stop the the franchisee from picking up the players that they want. It’s after all a Business for them. There is no obligation for IPL to pick a Pakistani players. If the a person cannot understand this basis concept then it’s pure madness and no other words to describe it.

Climate change – part I

image We are like a child shying away from the reality, we in fact will leave a worst example and place for the future generation to live with. why is that very few are worried about this issue. The government are interested  knowing what other are willing to do rather than what they can do. The state governments in India can play a critical role and also corporate world. It’s Important that we as a responsible citizen start to take little action that would help at least in the smallest way to help to reduce the climatic change and it’s very important that we educate the younger generation for the need to make a better living practice so that they can avoid the usage of products that help in global warming.
